Base Cost Plus

  • $6.00 per mile

Gurney Transportation

  • One way – $225

  • Round trip – $400

Wheelchair Transportation

  • One way – $150

  • Round trip – $200

Base cost plus $6.00 per mile applies to both wheelchair and gurney

  • $5.00 per step (if applicable)

  • $75 per additional staff each way (if applicable)

*Prices may vary depending on after hours (6pm-8am), weekends, holidays, etc.  Areas outside San Mateo County/San Francisco may have additional charges.  Weather, location, patient condition (such as dementia, obesity, etc.) may also affect the rate due to the need of extra staff to assist for the safety of patient and driver. 

Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the quoted price.   

No-show (if driver arrives at the pick-up location without cancellation), client(s) will be charged the full amount of transit service.
