Wheelchair Ride
One-way trips are $150, while round-trip costs $200. This service is for those who use wheelchairs and need help getting to places like clinics, hospitals, or errands.
Gurney Ride
One-way gurney transport is $225, and round-trip is $400. This is best for those who must lie flat during travel, such as after surgery or hospital discharge.
Extra Charges
We charge $6 per mile for distance, $5 per stair step, and $75 if another helper is needed. Rates may change during nights, weekends, bad weather, or for heavier patients.

My Medical Ride Transit Services makes getting to and from the airport feel easy and dependable. Our airport shuttle in San Francisco, CA, is built for travelers who want a smoother trip before takeoff and after touchdown.
Recovering from post-surgery in San Francisco, CA, requires more than a hospital release form. It means getting home without stress, without confusion, and without risking the progress you’ve just made.
Base Cost Plus
$6.00 per mile
Gurney Transportation
One way – $225
Round trip – $400
Wheelchair Transportation
One way – $150
Round trip – $200
Base cost plus $6.00 per mile applies to both wheelchair and gurney
$5.00 per step (if applicable)
$75 per additional staff each way (if applicable)
*Prices may vary depending on after hours (6pm-8am), weekends, holidays, etc. Areas outside San Mateo County/San Francisco may have additional charges. Weather, location, patient condition (such as dementia, obesity, etc.) may also affect the rate due to the need of extra staff to assist for the safety of patient and driver.
Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the quoted price.
No-show (if driver arrives at the pick-up location without cancellation), client(s) will be charged the full amount of transit service.
